Job Description The role of the HR/Admin Assistant, you will work as part of the People Operations Team, providing key administrative support and outstanding service to our employees. We are looking for an organised candidate with a keen eye for detail, helpful and resourceful who will excel in a busy environment within a growing business. Ideally you will be looking for an administrative role, working with a friendly and supportive team where you will gain exposure to HR and Recruitment. HR Responsibilities include : Employee Records : Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date on HRIS (Employment Hero). Policy Administration : Helping to develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures. Equality: Promote equality and inclusion internally by setting the agenda for the EDI/Wellbeing calendar/activity. Employee Relations : Addressing employee inquiries and concerns, and assisting with conflict resolution, escalating cases to the Head of HR. Completion of all correspondence resulting from ER meetings. Payroll and Benefits : Assisting with payroll processing and managing employee benefits programs. Compliance : Ensuring the company complies with all relevant employment laws. Data Systems : Management of systems including surveys and reporting on trends. Reports: Monthly board reporting on current data trends People Projects: To assist with People related projects as. Recruitment & Onboarding Responsibilities: Recruitment : Manage the recruitment cycle with hiring managers from advertisement to offer of employment. Responsibilities include pre-screening/right to work, initial telephone/remote interview. Rejection emails, progressing successful candidates to next level. You will manage an effective ATS (Employment Hero) including daily maintenance, reporting and updates. You will be the point of contact from offer to day 1 of employment. Onboarding : Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
