Join the Close Brothers Regulatory Reporting team where you will work within the Regulatory Change & Control team to develop baselining documentation.
Working as part of the Regulatory Reporting team, our ideal team member will have previous experience in prudential regulation with excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work with the Head of Regulatory Policy to understand and document the impact of forthcoming Basel 3.1 rules.
2. Write business requirement documents for required changes to current processes.
3. Develop processes as required, ensuring they meet the requirements of the end-user computing (EUC) standard where applicable.
4. Update procedure documentation and assist with documentation of new interpretations and assumptions.
5. Preparation of Baselining documentation for all returns.
6. Developing attestation process for all data inputs used for reporting.
7. Identify areas for change by reviewing processes with the reporting team and compile a list of enhancements for prioritization, working with the reporting team to implement and test improvements to the reporting processes.
8. Liaise with business finance teams and IT teams to source additional data requirements.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
1. You have prudential regulatory reporting experience and detailed knowledge of prudential regulations.
2. You are a subject matter expert with a breadth of knowledge in technical as well as procedural controls.
3. You hold an Accounting qualification with significant post-qualified experience.
4. You have advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
5. You have strong collaboration experience in a team-oriented workplace.
