Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer – Leicester (Hybrid Working)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join a Legal 500-ranked law firm based in Leicester, offering hybrid working flexibility.
Salary £40,000- £48,000
Primary Responsibilities:
• Managing a caseload of residential property matters from start to finish, including sales & purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, right-to-buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
• Processing cases efficiently and cost-effectively while ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
• Building strong professional relationships with clients and introducers.
• Generating fee income in line with targets.
• Managing your workload, ensuring productivity and quality of work with minimal supervision.
• Meeting clients, taking detailed instructions, and advising them throughout the process.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should:
• Have proven experience managing your own residential property caseload.
• Deliver exceptional client care, going above and beyond expectations.
• Be highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Be commercially astute with a strong understanding of business targets and their impact.
• Be proficient with IT systems, including web-based case management software.
• Understand the importance of clear communication with clients, solicitors, and introducers.
