Experienced Plumber required for work on a large over 55s social housing contract in the Guildford Area.
Permanent position on a salary of GBP36,000 per annum + van and fuel card with a very busy contractor, securing you ongoing work throughout your career.
Plumber Day to Day:
* Maintenance and repairs plumbing work on occupied social housing for the over 55s.
* Completing a range of plumbing tasks varying daily.
* Driving to jobs in your designated area.
* Writing up about your work.
* Reporting to a Supervisor.
Plumber Requirements:
* Good plumbing experience.
* Previous experience working in social housing.
* NVQ in Plumbing (desirable).
* Good attitude.
* Honest and reliable.
* Full UK driving license.
