Job description:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to our clients team in Mallusk. This role is essential in ensuring that the customers receive the right parts and accessories to keep their machinery in optimal working condition. If you have a strong understanding of agricultural and construction machinery parts and enjoy working in a customer-focused environment, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in identifying, sourcing, and ordering the right parts and accessories for their machinery.
2. Handle inquiries, orders, and concerns promptly and professionally, both in person and via phone or email.
3. Develop a deep understanding of the company's agricultural and construction machinery parts inventory.
4. Stay informed about product specifications, availability, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
5. Maintain the parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and organisation.
6. Place orders for parts as needed, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
7. Keep accurate records of parts transactions, including invoices, receipts, and order histories.
8. Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date filing system.
9. Offer basic technical support and advice to customers, guiding them on parts installation and maintenance as necessary.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, preferably in the agricultural or construction machinery sector.
2. Strong knowledge of agricultural and construction machinery parts and accessories.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in computer applications and inventory management systems.
