ROLE SUMMARY
MARCO has been operating for 40 years and manufactures premium weighing and automation equipment, supported by market-leading proprietary software, for the food industry and has customers in 46 countries around the world. We pride ourselves on delivering huge efficiencies and productivity savings for customers in environments which historically involve extensive manual labour. Having been Founder-led for 35 years, Marco was acquired by the ATS Group, a publicly traded technology company, in 2019 which operates across a wide variety of industries including food, packaging, life sciences and industrial automation.
In this role you will be part of the Senior Leadership team, responsible for creating and driving strategy, executing the annual plan, people and culture development and implementing lean principles to support sustainable long term business growth.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
As the Operations Director in this dynamic, growth-oriented business, you will have a team of 5 direct reports covering supply-chain, project and production management, and assembly and a total team of 30 full-time employees.
