What’s the role all about?
As our Purchasing Administrator, you’ll:
* Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries, ensuring goods are received on time.
* Keep purchase order dates accurate and up-to-date on our inventory and order management system.
* Communicate with suppliers via email to resolve queries efficiently.
* Manage purchase receipts for stock and address any issues with goods received.
* Collaborate with suppliers or accounts to resolve pricing discrepancies.
* Submit information on the Trader Support Website.
* Assist with internal queries related to orders and products.
* Arrange collections with carriers and update the warehouse on incoming goods.
* Provide support for any other purchasing-related tasks as needed.
What do we need from you?
We’re looking for someone with:
* Proven administrative experience in a busy office environment.
* Experience with Inventory and order management systems (ERP) and product data management (preferred).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent data management skills.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to take on challenges.
* GCSEs in English and Maths.

What about the hours?
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You’ll have flexibility to choose your start time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
