A day in the life of a Hospitality Assistant: ⦁ Overall ownership and accountability of hospitality operational management, the Hospitality role will be responsible for overseeing the bookings and logistics of hospitality delivery, fine dining, conferences, and events. ⦁ Produce costed hospitality proposals in conjunction with the Head Chef, negotiating and conclude plans with clients. ⦁ Champion excellent guest experience service to build and maintain excellent reputation. When hospitality is not busy you will be needed to then come and help in the Restaurant with duties such as tills, serving, stock take. ⦁ You will be cleaning both back and front of house, ensuring the unit is clean and tidy before, during and after service. ⦁ General front of house duties such as operating the till and cash handling, keeping financial records, providing excellent customer service, and serving customers.
