Hours: 37.5 HOURS MON - FRI (FLEXIBLE START/FINISH TIMES)

One of my independent and well-established clients in their industry, based in Bradford, is looking for a Data Administrator. This is a very admin-driven position responsible for validating inaccurate data transferred to new systems for Account Managers. You need to enjoy finding, reporting, and correcting errors in databases, investigating details, and contacting various departments for the information you need to correct and validate.
This role provides great exposure to a leading financial services company and a supportive team to join – 3 days office-based & 2 days home-based.
This client has a fun and lively office and is looking for a positive person to support the teams.
This is a great opportunity for you if you have solid administration experience. You may be at the start of your finance career or an established administrator. You will need to thrive under the pressure that comes with working in a fast-paced administrative office.
As a critical part of this team, you will need to bring your positive energy, excellent administrative and database management skills, and the ability to manage timescales effectively and communicate well.
1. Investigate payments and locate client payments within various systems to ensure transitions are balanced.
2. Review supplier statements and match relevant payments secured.
3. Process contracted payments and migrate finance data onto internal databases.
4. Update spreadsheets accurately with details of payments and commissions.
Working well under pressure is essential for this position. If you can react effectively to administrative tasks, I would love to speak with you.
