We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Temporary Credit Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable organisation on a short-term basis. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will take on a pivotal role, managing all aspects of credit control to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
* Shift Time: 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)
* Role Type: Temporary
* End Date: 01/05/2025
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
* Liaising with customers and external sales teams via phone and email.
* Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
* Prepare regular reports
* Processing card payments
* Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve invoice queries.

* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Prior experience in credit control or a similar role is desirable
