What you'll be doing
1. Cleaning communal areas including stairwells, entrances and shared spaces
2. Performing reactive cleaning tasks to resolve specific complaints or issues
3. Removing bulk waste items like furniture and handling fly-tipping
4. Using power tools and equipment (pressure washers, strimmers) to clear things like leaves, moss and weeds
5. Performing specialist cleaning, including carpet cleaning and hazardous waste removal
6. Carrying out minor repairs like replacing bins, door locks or installing bike racks
7. Completing 5-6 jobs daily across your assigned area

More about you
Essential:
14. Experience in a customer-facing role where attention to detail matters
15. A full, clean driving license for travelling between locations
16. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
17. Reliable attendance and good time management
Desirable:
18. Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, gardening or similar hands-on roles
19. Knowledge of health and safety practices when using equipment
20. Basic familiarity with mobile devices (full training provided on our systems)
You'll primarily work in one of our service areas (Bath, Bristol, or Somerset), though you may occasionally support other areas. Your schedule will be provided in advance, with some flexibility to adjust start and finish times that work for your team.
