The ideal candidate will drive lead generation, optimise marketing performance, and manage campaigns that fuel rapid growth across our portfolio. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, focusing on performance, efficiency, and scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on high-velocity sales models.
* Own and optimise multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, paid media, events, social, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
* Build and manage marketing funnels, maximising conversion rates at each stage.
* Analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to inform decisions and continuously improve results.
* Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on lead generation, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
* Manage marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and scalability.
* Manage external partner relationships.
