You will drive the sales process, from start to finish, managing stakeholders and leading demonstrations for this market-leading solution. Work with HR and finance leaders, at companies on multi-year contracts, in an energetic and driven office environment. You will have access to a range of sales tools to help you achieve your goals; Lusha; Hubspot; UberFox etc. 40k average deal size, 3 month average sales process. Requirements to be considered for the Account Executive role: New business focused. Experience working on deals worth 10's thousands. Used to managing a buying process over a number of months. A proven track record of success. Experience selling some sort of software to HR. Happy to work in a scale-up where everything you do matters to the future of the company.
