Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location: Kirby Muxloe, LE9 2BJ
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced (minimum 2 years) Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our new team. You will be responsible for the full end to end purchase ledger process, and providing excellent customer service to our suppliers and the wider business. This is a full time, permanent position.
Tasks will include:
1. Matching and coding invoices onto the system
2. Process high volumes of invoices and credit notes per month
3. Liaising with suppliers to resolve invoicing queries in a professional manner on a timely basis, and to comply with statutory requirements.
4. Maintaining relationships with both colleagues and suppliers
5. Be able to prioritise their workload and work to strict deadlines
6. Dealing with own supplier account base.
7. Statement reconciliation
Essential skills:
8. IT literate (including MS Excel / Outlook)
9. Good knowledge of end to end of Accounts Payable Function.
10. Ability to recognise and resolve issues with limited supervision
11. Time management and organisation skills to manage workload
12. Ability to work as part of a wider team
