Recruitment Consultant (with Fluent Nordic Language skills - Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish)

What You'll Do:
* Source and Attract Candidates: Use various channels to identify and engage potential candidates in the tech sector.
* Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement.
* Utilize Your Language Skills: Leverage your Nordic language skills to communicate effectively with Nordic-speaking candidates and clients.
Who You Are:
* Language Skills: Fluent in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English (spoken and written).
* Driven and Ambitious: A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
* People-Oriented: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
* Previous Experience (Preferred): Some experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates with a passion for the industry!
