About the Role
As a Senior Educational Leader at Reddish Hall School, you will be responsible for supporting the Headteacher in school management, delivering high-quality educational experiences to our pupils with complex needs. You will lead a team of educators, establishing school aims and objectives, ensuring high levels of quality and compliance. Your leadership will focus on maximising student potential, bringing innovation and creativity to inspire learning in an SEN environment.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our pupils. As such, all applicants must undergo an enhanced DBS check.
The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status, experience in an SEN environment, and a genuine passion for helping every student reach their full potential. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, enjoy leading a team, and be motivated by making a positive impact on our students' lives.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
