This opportunity is a 6-month fixed term opportunity to start ASAP. This role will be responsible for supporting a large and diverse group and as a result the tasks will be varied and evolving, however some key deliverables will be: Partner with the assigned Managers and Leaders to support in business challenges including complex employee relations matters (investigation, disciplinary, grievance) and change management processes (TUPE, changes to terms and conditions, redundancy, performance management) Provide HR guidance and support throughout the employee lifecycle ensuring compliance with all processes and policies Performance development reviews Supporting in recruitment/interviewing Looking for someone who has had: Previous experience in supporting in complex employee relations matters and change management Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organisation across multiple UK locations Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills with ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
