Overview
Oversee the sales and distribution activities of the organization.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
* Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
* Review market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
* Assign sales territory to sales representatives.
* Represents Company at trade association meetings and events to promote products.
* Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
* Meet with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
* Analyze and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
* Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition.
* Ensure CRM software is up to date.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred.
* Five to seven years of previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.
* Must have valid driver’s license and transportation to make customer visits.
* Basic computer skills required, Outlook email, Word, Excel.
* Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally on the telephone and in person.
