About the role
As the Store Manager of one of our flagship stores you will use your experience to lead your team to land the retail plan in one of our biggest businesses whilst delivering a great customer and patient experience.
Our flagship stores have a broad customer offering across retail and optometry. With your expert leadership and passion, you will help the business to grow and change for the better. With a leadership team in your store to support you, you will be responsible for delivering a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform. You will connect with your community and the wider business to develop and deliver a focused store specific strategy optimising patient care and profitability.
You will work in store, reporting to the Regional Manager and will work collaboratively with the wider field team and the Support Office to turn your vision into action.
What you’ll need to have
• Experience leading a team in a retail environment

• Knowledge of managing in a clinical environment
