Are you a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor with a passion for delivering quality highways projects?
Randstad is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team working in Norfolk, This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to a major infrastructure upgrade that will improve traffic flow and safety in the region.
What youll be doing:
* Leading the Team: Youll be responsible for supervising and coordinating a team of skilled laborers on site, ensuring efficient and safe execution of works.
* Quality Control: Youll play a crucial role in implementing and upholding quality control measures, ensuring all work meets project specifications and safety standards.
* Communication and Collaboration: Youll effectively communicate with the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
* Problem:Solving: Youll identify potential issues, implement solutions, and ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
* Health and Safety: Youll be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations.
What youll bring:
* Experience: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in highways projects, with a strong focus on civil engineering, drainage, utilities, paving, and curbing works.
* Knowledge: A solid understanding of relevant design and construction standards for highways and associated disciplines.
* Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and manage a team effectively.
* Problem:Solving: A proactive and analytical approach to problem:solving, capable of identifying and addressing challenges on site.
* CSCS Card: A valid CSCS card is essential.
