We are looking for people with kind and compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference in the quality of our clients' lives, to join our team in Bourne. As a CAREPro, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help support our clients to independently remain in their own homes. This role is for 7am-2pm with alternative weekends. If you can offer any other hours, please let us know. Hourly rate of pay is £12.40 on weekdays between 7am-8pm and £12.50 on weekends and after 8pm. On bank holidays, pay is double at £24.20 per hour.
You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREPro. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people.
