TPF Recruitment is seeking ahighly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join ourgrowing firm of chartered accountants in Canterbury. In this roleyou will report directly to the directors providing vital supportto them and their accounting teams.
Asa key contributor to the firm s daily operations you will ensureseamless client management and efficient administrative support.Your coordination efforts will help maintain clear communicationbetween partners teams and clients ensuring tasks are completedpromptly andprofessionally.
KeyResponsibilities:
AdministrativeSupport: Deliver comprehensive administrative assistanceto the Partners. Responsibilities include scheduling andcoordinating both virtual and inperson meetings ensuring Partnersare fully prepared with agendas saved minutes and followup onaction items. Manage Partner travel logistics including transportaccommodation and dining reservations. Assist in completing Partnertimesheets mileage records and expense reports. Raise invoices orcredit notes asneeded.
ClientManagement: Act as the primary contact for clientsmanaging incoming calls and emails redirecting them as necessary toteam managers. Ensure all communications are handled promptly andprofessionally setting and managing client expectations. Overseethe onboarding process for new clients ensuring all procedures arefollowed and internal records and software are updatedaccordingly.
TeamCoordination: Facilitate communication and workflowbetween Partners and their teams to ensure deadlines are met andprojects stay on track. Maintain an organised efficient andprofessional workenvironment.
Requirements

* Provenexperience as a Personal Assistant Executive Assistant or TeamCoordinator ideally within a professional servicesenvironment.
* Advancedproficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel Word andOutlook.
* Exceptionalorganizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks andjuggle multipleresponsibilities.
* Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal with a professionaland polished phonemanner.
* Aprofessional demeanour selfmotivation and strong logical thinkingskills.
* Meticulousattention to detail and a high level of accuracy inwork.
