Basic salary of 25k + a highly achievable OTE of £12k (the uncapped commission means you could earn significantly more!), plus a variety of benefits and incentives.
We’re looking for a team-player with:
1. 12+ months’ experience in an outbound B2B lead generation / telemarketing / business development / sales role selling to SME businesses.
2. The ability to network and build great business relationships, adapting to customer needs.
3. The ability to converse at a high level and explain complex information in a simple and effective manner.
4. A resilient, target-driven mindset with the confidence, organisation skills, and hunger to generate sales independently.
5. Drive to succeed with a track record of commercial success.
