About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver water industry projects for a leading M&E/Civils subcontractor working on Severn Trent Water sites. The role will involve managing contracts and ensuring project success from inception to completion.
This position requires 1-2 days on-site, with the remainder based at their Derby office. (Possibilty for Hybrid working) The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery under NEC 4 contracts, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver water industry projects in line with NEC 4 contracts.
* Oversee Civils or MEICA works, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Lead and coordinate teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, including SMSTS and Temporary Works.
* Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships with Severn Trent Water.
* Provide progress updates, risk management, and problem-solving.
Requirements
✅ Proven experience managing projects within the water industry (Civils or MEICA background).
