You will be responsible for crafting and executing engaging social media campaigns, managing day-to-day platform activities, and driving measurable growth. So, if you have: experience in Developing and Executing Social Media Strategies: Plan, implement and manage campaigns to meet engagement and growth objectives. Content Creation: Produce and schedule engaging, on-trend content for TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn. Analytics and Optimisation : Track performance metrics, report insights, and adapt strategies to optimise results. Community Engagement: Build meaningful connections with our audience by responding to comments and messages and fostering interaction. Collaboration: Work with design and marketing teams to align social media efforts with wider company goals. Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our social presence remains fresh and competitive. Paid Social is a plus, but not essential to this role.
