We are looking for a full-time Account Director to join a superb creative and branding agency in Buckinghamshire on a 12-month contract (Covering maternity leave - This may become a contract to perm role longer-term potentially as the agency have more new business opportunities)
This is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of a busy, growing agency that's making a real name for itself with some brilliant clients such as Softcat, Microsoft Gold Partners, Mammut, Monty Bojangles including other tech and education clients, to name a few.
This agency are on the hunt for a strategic, confident, and collaborative Account Director who can drive client success while staying hands-on and involved in projects. A natural relationship builder, you’ll oversee and guide multiple client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard across branding, digital and marketing campaigns.
As the Account Director, you’ll be a pivotal part of the agency’s senior team, mentoring the account manager in your Pod, fostering client relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. You’ll need to balance strategic thinking with hands on project management, seamlessly collaborating with the studio and external stakeholders.

What we’re after:
* 5+ years experience in a creative/branding agency client services role, with at least 2 years at senior account management or director level.
* Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, understanding their business needs and acting as a trusted advisor.
* Strong track record in managing and growing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and driving profitability.
* Expertise in leading projects across multiple channels, including branding, campaigns, websites, social, video, print and more.
* A proactive problem-solver with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Clear and persuasive verbal and written communicator, with the ability to present to clients and stakeholders confidently.
* A strong leader with experience in mentoring and managing a team, fostering their professional growth.
* Strategic mindset with a passion for delivering innovative and effective solutions.

* Monitor and report on account performance, providing insight and strategies to improve outcomes.
