About the role
The Digital Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with different teams, ensuring deadlines are met, and optimizing workflows to achieve business objectives. The position is ideal for someone with strong project management skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for digital marketing, web development, or digital transformation.
Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination:
* Assist in planning and executing digital projects, including website development, digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and software updates.
* Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of key deadlines and deliverables.
* Organize and lead project meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
* Track progress, manage project risks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
* Act as the liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
* Work closely with designers, developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure project goals are met.
* Ensure smooth communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
* Support the implementation of digital strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Assist in optimizing websites, managing content updates, and ensuring digital assets are up to date.
* Monitor analytics and performance metrics, helping to improve digital campaigns and user experiences.
Technical & Administrative Support:
* Help manage digital tools, platforms, and systems (CMS, CRM, project management tools).
* Ensure proper documentation of project workflows and best practices.
* Assist with budget tracking and resource allocation for digital projects.
* Experience in digital project management or coordination.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
* Proficiency in digital tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar.
* Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.), Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or SEO principles.
* Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications).
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, Business, or a related field.
