Do you enjoy explaining complex technology to a broad range of stakeholders, driving product demonstrations and ensuring the sales process moves efficiently towards closure?
Christopher Ali have partnered with an innovative SaaS start-up who are looking to bring on a Pre - Sales Engineer who will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise during customer engagements.
Skills:
* A strong background in broadcasting, media technology, or advertising technology is a huge advantage.
* Understanding of content management systems (CMS), media asset management (MAM), and AI-driven content analysis.
* Experience with cloud storage, API integrations, and automation workflows.
* Knowledge of video encoding, streaming protocols, and metadata tagging is a plus.
* Previous experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consultancy.
* Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
* Comfortable leading product demonstrations and technical discussions.
* Highly analytical and data driven, with the ability to understand customer needs and propose innovative solutions.
Day to day :
Sales and Customer Engagement -
* Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
* Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for potential clients.
* Assist in discovery sessions to identify client pain points and align solutions to client needs.
* Act as a trusted technical advisor, addressing customer concerns and overcoming objections.
Solutions Architecture and Implementation Support -
* Translate customer requirements into technical solutions, working closely with the product and engineering teams.
* Support Proof of Concept (PoC) deployments, ensuring successful trials that demonstrate value.
* Provide guidance on integration options.
* Liaise with Product and Engineering teams to help prioritise feature requests based on customer feedback.
Sales Enablement and Documentation -
* Assist in the creation of sales collateral, white papers, and technical proposals.
* Maintain a strong understanding of product suite and competitive differentiators.
* Train internal teams on product capabilities and new feature developments.
