Swift Placements are working with a client based in Morley, who specialise in IT support and services, cloud solutions, security, and compliance.
Our client is looking to recruit a Procurement Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This role will be ideal for someone who is used to working in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure. The successful candidate must be methodical, a quick thinker, and able to multitask in a pressured environment.
The role involves sending quotes to clients, liaising with vendors, tracking orders, and updating records. When working on Quotes & Procurement, the Administrator will be responsible for managing product sourcing, pricing, and lead time management for standard and special-order items, as well as responding to purchasing queries in an effective manner. This post requires a pro-active, competent, and accurate approach to all the tasks, coupled with confident and professional communication with staff and clients at all levels, both internally and externally.
The Package
Monday to Friday
Full-time permanent position
Hours: 8:45-5:15pm
Location: Morley (Based just by Brunt Cliffe Academy)
Fully office-based
Salary on offer: £27,000-£30,000 per annum DOE!
33 days holidays + All Bank Holidays
Pension scheme
Bonus paid out in November of up to £1,000 after 1 year’s service!

Duties
1. Display polite and professional communication via phone, email, and face to face.
2. Provide clients with information by answering questions and requests.
3. The Administrator will order laptops and servers for the business.
4. Send quotes to clients, liaise with vendors, track orders, and update records.
5. Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
6. Escalate finance and accounting issues to the Accounts manager as required.
7. The ability to maintain accurate records.
8. The ability to work independently.
9. Contribute to the team environment.
