* Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
* Hours: 33 hours (3 shifts per week)
* Shift Times: 8am - 8pm

As a Care Assistant, you will be at the heart of supporting our residents, helping them live fulfilling and enriched lives. Your responsibilities will include:
* Personal Care: Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs while respecting their dignity and preferences.
* Mealtime Assistance: Supporting residents during meal times, ensuring nutritional needs are met and creating a pleasant dining experience.
* Daily Activities: Encouraging residents to engage in hobbies, social events, and routines to promote physical and emotional well-being.
* Companionship: Building meaningful relationships with residents, offering emotional support, and fostering a warm, inclusive atmosphere.
* Health Monitoring: Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health or behavior to senior staff to ensure appropriate care is delivered.
* Environment Maintenance: Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and comfort throughout the home by adhering to hygiene and infection control standards.
* Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to provide coordinated, responsive care tailored to individual needs.
