As a Registered Nurse on Minster Ward, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a busy surgical ward. You'll collaborate with a skilled and diverse team including surgeons, physiotherapists, healthcare assistants and support staff to provide comprehensive care for patients undergoing a range of surgical procedures. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for patients with varying needs by ensuring they receive tailored treatment in a professional and compassionate manner.
