Our client, a well-established specialist manufacturer, is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to support their growing team.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate invoicing, and excellent customer service.
Salary: £24,000 with a bonus per month (up to £250.00 a month) plus an additional Christmas bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
2. Issuing sales transaction invoices to maintain smooth financial operations.
3. Handling customer enquiries via phone, providing professional support.
4. Maintaining organised filing systems for easy access to customer information.
5. Expediting orders through coordination with internal teams and affiliated companies.
6. Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets with key order and customer data.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Strong administrative and organisational skills.
2. Experience with purchase orders and invoicing is beneficial.
3. Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems.
5. Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
