Job Title: Administrative Support Coordinator
Location: Shildon
Salary: £28,275 (£14.50 per hour)
Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent role for the right candidate)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, typically 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (could be 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM), with a half-hour unpaid meal break.
Manpower is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established company in Shildon. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as an Administrative Support Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administrative experience and a background in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide quotations and check product availability for customer orders.
2. Input customer orders into the ERP system, ensuring adherence to internal processes and policies, and track progress through to successful delivery.
3. Replenish inventory at the EMEA site to maintain stock levels.
4. Provide timely updates on the status of orders to customers and internal teams.
5. Manage and prioritise orders efficiently.
6. Work closely with the Supply Chain and Logistics departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Profile & Skills Required:
1. A customer service qualification or equivalent experience.
2. Strong Excel skills with a good understanding of data management and reporting.
3. Previous administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks at once.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
6. A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
7. The ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve effectively when issues arise.
8. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
9. Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team as needed.
