Meraki Talent's market leading legal client are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join the team. The company has gone through a steady period of growth and are now looking for additional support within the IT Team to help support the increased number of users throughout the organisation.
The role will be to provide IT Support to all staff within the organisation and are looking for someone with experience within an IT Support role who also who also has excellent customer service and communication skills.
This will be working on the evening shifts patterns with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday with the patterns being between 2pm – 10.30pm, 3pm – 11.30pm and 3.30pm to midnight.
Responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst
* Provide daily user support and collaborate with IT Service Desk for issue resolution.
* Manage and support remote working solutions to ensure secure and reliable access.
* Log and manage IT tickets accurately, handling individual ticket queues effectively.
* Set up IT equipment for new employees, ensuring all necessary tools and access.
* Support mobile devices (Apple and Android Devices) for business operations.
Background of the IT Support Analyst
* A background in IT Support / Service desk roles
* Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
* Strong ability to multitask and organizational skills
* Ideally experience using a ticketing system
