What is the opportunity?
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Manchester office on a permanent basis. The Administrator will play an integral role in daily administration for the office function by providing support to the team. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties to help streamline the teams daily operations.
What will you do?
* Assist with the daily administration for the team and provide support to senior colleagues dealing with various tasks.
* Production of suitability reports and the management of investment managements review cycles.
* Communicating with Advisers and clients where necessary.
* Preparation and processing of all new client documentation and amendments.
* Monitoring the transfers of assets/cash to or from other institutions.
* ISA subscriptions and transfers.
* Processing of payments.
* Liaising with colleagues within Business Support regarding administration of client accounts.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
* Previous administration experience is essential – additional training will be provided.
* Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook preferred.
Nice-to-have
* Clear and concise communication skills – oral and written, with ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
