Supply Chain & Operations Executive (Junior-Level)
Are you super organised, full of initiative, and excited to be part of a fast-growing food brand?
Wibble is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Operations Executive to support our growing ops team. You'll work closely with our Operations & Supply Chain Manager and founder, Laura, to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes — from wobbly stock counts to jelly-precise deliveries!
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Support day-to-day operations— Assist with order processing, stock tracking, and liaising with warehouses and couriers.
2. Monitor and update inventory levels— Keep systems accurate and flag any potential issues before they become problems.
3. Help coordinate logistics— Make sure deliveries are on track and troubleshoot any issues with suppliers or fulfilment partners.
4. Assist with raw materials ordering— Track usage, forecast needs, and place purchase orders to ensure ingredients and packaging are always in stock.
5. Support demand planning— Work with the team to anticipate customer and retailer needs, and align stock levels accordingly.
6. Assist with supplier communications— Build positive relationships and help maintain documentation, POs, and delivery schedules.
7. Admin & reporting support— Keep records up to date and support the team with weekly reports, cost tracking, and other ops admin.
8. Support sustainability initiatives— Help research or implement greener ways of working across the supply chain.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Some hands-on experience in operations and supply chain (ideally in the food industry or FMCG/startup environment).
2. Understanding of supply chain operations, demand planning, and interest in cost optimisation.
3. Strong analytical skills and clear, confident communication.
4. A practical, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to support strategic decisions.
5. Experience or understanding of working in a fast-growing startup or high-paced company.
6. Familiarity with retailers like Tesco, Waitrose, Holland & Barrett, or foodservice logistics is a big plus.
7. Proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial— we love team players who take initiative.
8. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially when forecasting or managing stock.
9. Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities — things move fast here!
10. A collaborative attitude — we're a small team, and we win together.
Bonus Points If You Have:
1. Experience with inventory, demand planning, or order management systems (e.g. Shopify, Unleashed, DEAR, etc.).
2. A logistics, supply chain or business-related degree or qualification.
3. A passion for good food and sustainable supply chains.
