The expansion of the HR Central Team Department means we are now looking to recruit a new Group People Operations Manager to based either in Visé (Belgium), or Skofja Loka (Slovenia), or St-Helens (UK) and reporting to the Group Chief Human Resources Officer.

This role leads our People Operations Center of Expertise for KI EMEA/APAC. As People Operations Manager, you will be responsible to oversee and optimize all aspects of our People Operations for EMEA/APAC regions: leading HR controlling activities, be responsible for People analytics & data quality, supporting digital transformation in HR, and coordinating the People processes owned by the other People Centres of Expertise.
This is an exciting position to take HR controlling, people analytics and digitalization to the next level with real potential for further growth. The People Operations Manager will collaborate closely with Financial teams (Controlling), People Business Partners, HR Regional Directors, Business Leaders and Group counterparts worldwide to ensure that projects and approaches are scalable across the organization, to identify processes optimization and digitalization needs and create strategic solutions to enable the organization to perform at its very best. Travel to our locations in Europe is also expected (max 10% of time).

What you’ll be doing:
* HR Controlling: You act as the HR Controller, in close collaboration with the Regional Business HR teams and the Central Controlling Department (People budget, forecasts, and costs control measures;
* People Analytics: You play a key responsibility in creating, maintaining, monitoring and interpreting global People data analytics reporting & metrics for different strategic stakeholders and projects (workforce planning project included); management and monitoring of KPIs to be analyzed such as turnover, age pyramid, and talent review results. The ability to correlate this data is essential.
* Digital transformation: As key user of HRIS tools, you manage and optimise People systems and tools, including HRIS and other digital platforms. You have accountability to set up knowledge across HR network, assuring the correct process follow up and proper system usage and data quality; You partner with Group IT to ensure systems are up to date, secure and functioning efficiently. You contribute to the global digital strategic projects as Regional Process Coordinator (new HRIS project implementation);
* People Processes: You support the optimisation, streamlining, alignment and coordination of the yearly People processes (appraisals, continuous conversations, bonus calculations) according to policies and corporate programs, to improve processes efficiency;
* People Policies & Procedures: You design, optimize, communicate and provide guidance on People policies & procedures in your area of responsibility and identify all opportunities for costs optimization (HR controlling, company cars, KI bonus scheme, travel & expenses, …). You ensure also their consistency, compliance and alignment with company culture.
* You lead KI People Projects related to People Operations depending on the Group strategic projects to be deployed.

If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:
* A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Controlling, Economics or Human Resource Management;
* Between 8 to 12 years experience in a controlling role, data analytics and systems, having experience in HR would be an asset and a good track record of managing HR budgets and controlling costs effectively.
* Experience with international organizations;
* Good knowledge of the operational business, ideally in manufacturing;
* Experience working with senior executives;
* Experience in People processes design and optimization;
* Experience in HRIS implementation project is a major asset, including training design and delivery;
* Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus;
* Excellent knowledge of MS office products;
* Deep knowledge of data analysis/reporting tools;
* Strong Project Management experience.

* Excellent with numbers – A deep knowledge of data analysis/reporting tools and the ability to collect, gather, and analyse data and present concise actionable results. Attention to details, professional handling of sensitive data requiring high accuracy
* Digitally savvy – Competent in digital tools and an appetite to learn more about digital solutions
* Fluency in English (verbal and written), French would be an asset or any other language is a plus
