Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to focus on UK sales, manage existing accounts, and onboard new customers for KM Packaging.
In this role, you'll play a key part in developing commercial strategies that align with company growth objectives, managing sales processes from quotation to final delivery, and maximising profitability through strategic account management.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver sales volume and margin targets for both existing and new accounts.
* Develop and execute commercial strategies to accelerate business growth.
* Serve as the main point of contact for current customers and new prospects.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, staying informed on industry trends.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
* Utilise marketing, technical, and operations resources to support your sales activities.
* Manage customer relationships, negotiate pricing, and provide regular business forecasts.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in sales and business development within the flexible packaging sector.
* A record of achieving sales targets and onboarding new customers.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Full driving licence and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
