We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as a passionate mentor to support Infantry soldiers through their apprenticeship, providing the opportunity to work with military and civilian personnel.
Your day-to-day:
1. Review learner work and provide constructive feedback.
2. Support learners through their apprenticeship journey.
3. Offer support, guidance, and inspiration to help them thrive.
4. Work closely with your Line Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly.
5. Identify potential challenges and address any concerns.
6. Create a positive, nurturing space for our learners to flourish.
