We are currently recruiting for aQualified Management Accountantat our Centre of Excellence in Dungannon in ourFinance Departmenton a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidates will report into the Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing monthly accounts Preparing reports Monitoring cash flow Assisting with forecasts and budgets Main Duties & Responsibilities Maintain accurate accounting records including prepare, develop and analyse key financial information Prepare monthly management accounts to review stage within reporting deadlines and assist with preparation of the accompanying board pack. Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations including debtor and creditor accounts in conjunction with the finance administrators. Monitor cash flow and assist with preparing forecasts and processing payments. Assist with preparation of the annual budget and any forecasts produced through the year. Assist with statutory auditing process, preparing companys audit file and liaising closely with external auditors including managing the field team when on site. Review and improve internal controls in the finance department. Work closely with all departments that interface with finance, building relationships and providing guidance and assistance on processes where necessary. Assist with other tasks and projects as and when required. Resolve significant issues (e.g. final demand letters) promptly. Send out remittance advices. Setting up the payment run Assist with month end and year end accounts procedures. Process staff expenses (cash and credit cards) Bank reconciliations. Processing/reviewing TSS, EC Sales, Intrastat, and VAT Support to payroll, when required. Customer support Raising sales invoices Updating all transactions on Sage. Handling day to day telephone and email enquiries. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing. Managing a filing system Any other duties as required. Qualification & Experience Must be professionally qualified in accounting CIMA/ACA/ACCA Working technical knowledge of financial reporting standards Highly proficient with the MS Office suite, especially Excel SAGE experience would be advantageous Excellent numeracy skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally Ability to question and challenge Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan your own workload and meet deadlines.
