Millfield School is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SAT Exam Assistant Coordinator to join our dynamic Exams Department.
As the SAT Exam Assistant Coordinator, you will be the primary contact for assessments for North American University (SAT) applications. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth administration of SAT exams, working closely with the Lead SAT Coordinator and Exams Officer. Your responsibilities will include liaising with the College Board, updating the SAT Handbook, and supporting students with accommodations and test preparations.
In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining the SAT Tracker, ensuring that all assessment data is accurately collected and recorded. You will update the school's website with important SAT testing dates and arrangements, and be present to deliver and invigilate SAT testing sessions. Your organisational skills will be key as you book exam venues, allocate staff, and complete all necessary paperwork and test returns.
This is a term time position working 10 hours per week, usually on a Tuesday and Thursday, however hours are flexible and may be carried over in discussion with the Lead SAT coordinator and Exams Officer. Occasional Saturdays will be required for the administering of SAT examinations.
The hourly rate for this position is £12.03 which equates to a salary of £4,578.78 per annum (inclusive of holiday pay).
