Job summary We have an opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join the Band 5 Rotation which includes Falls Prevention and Bedded Rehabilitation as well as the potential for Community Rehabilitation with partner organisations. The rotation is for a minimum of 6-9 months in each service and the post holder will be given regular clinical supervision, InService Training and yearly appraisals as well as help to attend additional courses. The post holder will develop their knowledge and skills within dynamic teams, led by clinical specialists. They will work as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team seeing residents of Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, and Hammersmith and Fulham. Applicants will need to demonstrate a broad range of skills, together with a passion for self-development and learning. Main duties of the job You will participate in the Band 5 preceptorship programme, receive regular supervision, and engage in reflective practice. Working autonomously within professional and clinical guidelines, you will assess and treat your own caseload with senior support while maintaining key relationships with referring services. Additionally, you will support service development through CPD, training, audits, research, and by completing a service development project in each rotation.
