Location: 64 Cheshire Street, London, E2 6EH (plus hybrid working from home)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (Flexible working available)
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000, plus commission on every sale (OTE £52,000)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate, commercially driven Partnerships Manager to grow sponsorship revenue for our Awards, Festival, Learning, and Talent programs. You'll work with suppliers to the creative industries and consumer brands, helping them engage with creative leaders and emerging talent while aligning with D&AD’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sponsorship Sales: Secure sponsorships from creative industry suppliers and develop tailored packages for D&AD’s Awards and Festival.
* Youth Culture Partnerships: Attract consumer brands like Depop and Nike to support New Blood and Shift, connecting them with diverse, emerging talent.
* Masterclasses: Promote and sell D&AD’s creative training programs to brands and agencies.
* Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless activations.
* Networking: Represent D&AD at industry events to grow our network and brand presence.
About You:
You’re a passionate and consultative sales professional who thrives on making meaningful connections and delivering results. You’ll bring:
* Proven B2B sponsorship sales experience, ideally in the creative industries.
* A strong network within suppliers and consumer brands.
* Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
* A passion for creativity and the ability to align commercial goals with D&AD’s mission.
* Experience with tools like LinkedIn, Hubspot, Canva, Monday.com, and Slack is beneficial.
