French Speaking Personal Assistant wanted in Belgravia – Start ASAP We are searching for an experienced and efficient Personal Assistant who speaks fluent French and English.
This role requires the candidate to be onsite Monday to Friday. When the family aren’t in residence, the candidate is able to work from home, but they are required to check in twice a week to make sure the property is running smoothly.
The family have a property based in Monaco and they regularly travel there in the school holidays. The candidate will also be required to manage this property and their residence in Belgravia.
Duties and responsibilities include but aren’t exclusive to:
* Booking appointments and reservations
* Arranging travel such as flights, transfers, accommodation, holiday itinerary
* Booking contractors for household maintenance issues
* Household finances, paying bills, expense reports
* Managing their property in Monaco
* Liaising with the children’s Schools
* Running errands, picking up parcels
* Family diary management
* Managing and coordinating the principal’s children’s diaries where needed
* Liaising with household staff
This is a fully staffed household, so it is essential that the Personal Assistant is a team player.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience as a personal assistant in a private setting, longevity within roles and experience managing multiple properties.
