What We’re Looking For:
7. Previous Experience: At least 2 years experience working within a Primary Class setting.
8. ️ Behaviour Management: Proven track record in handling challenges.
9. Communication Skills: Bridge gaps between students, staff, and parents/caregivers.
10. Passion for Education: Ideally, experience with children and young people.
11. Enhanced DBS Check: Valid and registered on the update service (or ready for a new adventure).
Your Role:
12. Team Collaboration: Work closely with students, parents/caregivers, and colleagues.
13. Adaptability: Tailor syllabus to individual students’ EHCP.
14. Assessment Mastery: Employ a variety of strategies to evaluate pupil progress.
