Working Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
Compensation: £1,600 - £17,000 per annum (pro-rata) or £400 per day (rate), dependent on experience and qualifications.
About the Role: The Financial Planning & Reporting Manager will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our financial reporting infrastructure, ensuring accurate data-driven insights to support business growth and informed decision-making. This strategic position demands exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management principles, and proficiency in MS Office and/or similar tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to inform business strategy and drive performance improvement;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for cost savings, process efficiencies, and revenue enhancement;
* Design and implement robust financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis;
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, providing timely and insightful financial information to inform key decisions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
* Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CFA desirable;
* Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a leadership capacity;
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial reports and analyses, driving business growth and improving operational efficiency;
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
* Familiarity with MS Office and/or similar tools, with advanced Excel skills highly desirable.
