We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as a Customer Service Advisor!

Salary: £23,600 - £25,300 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Location: Ipswich, IP1
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to account managers, colleagues, and customers. Your dedication and commitment will contribute to our client's growth, customer retention, and overall success.
Reporting directly to the Sales & Customer Service Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Being the first point of contact for incoming customer calls
2. Providing support to customers regarding order progression via telephone and email
3. Communicating order status updates to customers
4. Handling customer queries and updating internal systems
5. Processing orders and managing customer data lists
6. Managing the returns process
7. Handling credit note processing and reinvoicing
8. Managing quotation and order management of rush orders
9. Creating customer sample packs and managing stock
