We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative Band 5 Inpatient Staff Nurse who is committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care and join our exciting journey to build our new unit creating a supportive and comfortable environment for 48 patients at NCH&C's Norwich Community Hospital site. Healthcare will be delivered by a multidisciplinary team of clinical professionals dedicated to patient recovery and well-being. Utilising the latest therapy and rehabilitation technology and practices, you will be a part of this new team and will play a pivotal role in supporting patients back into the community and, in this role, we can offer you the opportunity to play a significant part in both the development of the team and therapy led, reablement culture within a brand-new unit.
