If so, then read on to hear about your next role We are seeking a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic mainstream primary school in Salford, catering to pupils aged 3–11. This role offers the chance to become a pivotal person within the school supporting young people with additional needs and helping to improve whole school outcomes while making a real difference to the childrens' development and life chances. Role: SEN Teaching Assistant at a high performing yet supportive and welcoming primary school in Salford. Start date: ASAP in Feburary. Contract: Long-term, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–3:30 pm. Pay: £90–105/day (DOE) – paid PAYE directly through Now Education (no umbrella companies). Equal pay, on daily rate basis, to permanent staff in similar role from 13th week of placement onwards. Responsibilities: Provide individualized support to students aged 3-11 across the school with SEN including Autism, Social & Emotional and Learning Needs. Assist in implementing tailored learning plans for each child. Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages pupil confidence and indepence. Collaborate with teachers, school leadership & parents to create a holistic approach to your children's care & education.
