My client is an industry-leading civil engineering contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.
We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the company and manage a large-scale commercial groundworks and civil engineering scheme based near Exeter.
My client can offer a minimum of 12 months' work with permanent opportunities available.
Rates are negotiable!
This is for an immediate start!
Project Manager Responsibilities:
1. Reporting and working alongside the Contracts Manager.
2. Site supervision and compliance with health and safety.
3. Keeping site diaries.
4. Amending and working to RAMS.
5. Quality assurance.
6. Producing programmes.
7. Managing the labour and putting men to work.
8. Providing progress reports.
9. Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.
Project Manager Requirements:
1. CSCS.
2. SMSTS.
3. First aid.
4. Experienced in programming.
5. Highly experienced in commercial groundworks and civils packages for specialist contractors.
6. 15+ years project management experience.
